I did a post┬álast week on being healthier and more active in 2018. Today’s post is about winding down. We all work hard and we are busy and stressed.

Here are 5 ways to unwind:

  1. Read a book.
  2. Take a walk in the park.
  3. Play your favorite board games.
  4. Lie on the grass and listen to some music.
  5. Watch your favorite comedy.

TIP: Unplug from time to time, don’t look at your cellphone or laptop and just relax. Xxx
